17th St Studios is a members only collaborative artist studio located in the heart of Shockoe Bottom. We offer more than just studio space – we cultivate a collaborative environment where artists can thrive.
Our mission is to foster a sense of community among local creatives, providing a convenient and inspiring space for artists to work, connect, and showcase their talents.

Large Private Studio Space - $650 a month
Small Reserved Studio Space - $300 a month
Collaborative Studio Membership - $125 a month
We offer monthly memberships, so if at any point you would like to terminate the membership, we require 1 months notice.
